Realized as multi-faceted project, [ALEXAND3R] demonstrates a contemporary take on thousands of years of cross-cultural nail-art history and politic. [ALEXAND3R] aims to use classical nail extension technology to empower the femme body, create new language, and generate fashion stories. [ALEXAND3R] is an ongoing collaboration with creatives at large, started by Alexander Bondoc in 2021.
Alexander Bondoc (1997) is a concept-based artist whose work takes on different forms to research abjection, phenomenology and the Queered body. Alexander is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
